Each document supports versioning, controlling, and collaborating with a large number of users on its development. Each version is visible, and can keep track of the process from drafting to the final version of the document.
Access to documents is ensured from any location via an Internet application or mobile device. Access rights are defined in accordance with the needs of the organization and which restrict access to specific documents for any person who does not need to see these documents, thus directly hardening information security.
